HOUSTON – July 8, 2003 – Baker Energy, a unit of Michael Baker Corporation (AMEX: BKR), and Collarini Corporation announced today that they are forming an alliance to combine the subsurface expertise of Collarini and the operation and maintenance capability of Baker Energy to provide true total asset management services to exploration and production companies in the oil and gas industry.
