Human Resource Representative (6824)
Benefits and Payroll Analyst needed for a full-time opportunity in Houston, Texas. The ideal match for this position will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent industry payroll and/or accounting experience in lieu of degree, and a minimum of five years of benefits and payroll experience including working knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relative to benefit and payroll issues. Additional qualifications include experience with expatriate/inpatriate benefits and payroll. Responsibilities include interpreting related policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies with intimate knowledge on benefits, FMLA and 401k() laws, maintaining all leaves in the leave tracking system with a keen eye for detail and strict adherence to set deadlines within the leave process, maintaining employee attendance records and recording absences such as sick days, time off, vacations, employee personnel and benefit files maintenance to remain in compliance with HIPAA standards, delivering new hire benefits orientation in coordination with the HR department as a whole, and setup and administration for all benefits packages specific to expatriates and inpatriates. Database Administrator (6609)
IT Database Administrator needed for a full-time employment opportunity in Houston, Texas. The ideal match for this position will have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related discipline, and a minimum of six years of IT and two years of upstream petroleum operations experience. Experience with Geoframe or OpenWorks a must. Requirements included are a good knowledge of RDBMS, Oracle, SQL*Plus, query languages for databases, E&P data management activities, data work-flows, and geology and geophysics activities performed in data acquisition and processing. Responsibilities include the coordination of well data assets to Finder and LogDB loading, Geoframe well data loading of daily drilling activities, Finder and LogDB querying and reporting.
