Experience: Petroleum engineer with over 21 years offshore and onshore experience in oilfield property management and development. Drilled one sidetrack and one horizontal well to evaluate remaining potential. Redesigned pumping units and rod strings to reduce pulling costs.

Managed outside-operated, offshore properties. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reserve evaluation, evaluating partner proposals, and representing the company at partner meetings. Performed various joint interest duties including negotiating, writing and reviewing operating agreements and gas balancing agreements and for settling gas imbalances. Coordinated and answered inquiries from partners and other departments, such as accounting, tax, legal, and insurance.

Responsible for supervising all exploitation activities on the western Gulf of Mexico fields including economic evaluations for platform setting, drilling and recompletions, reserve estimates, development planning, and completion and stimulation recommendations. Responsible for preparing capital budget, revenue budget, expense budget, production forecast, and deliverability forecast for all fields.
