Recovered $450,000 by discovering an error in a vendor quotation on a $4MM automation order. Negotiated a maintenance, repair, and operations pricing alliance with a primary parts vendor saving 8% to 10% on $10.5MM annual expenditures compared to bid prices. Eliminated carrying costs of line pipe inventory by negotiating a consignment purchase program for south Texas operations reducing costs by approximately 10% on expenditures of $2MM annually. Disposed of surplus equipment and material in northern New Mexico by identifying vendors and coordinating trucking, transfers, and payment receipts that resulted in a net return of more than $200K while eliminating potential environmental problems.
