A reservoir engineer with over twenty years of experience. A strong track record with integrated project teams and reservoir development. Closely involved with a number of key initiatives in Operated Development Projects internationally, including progressed Enterprise Oils first GOM Deepwater Operatorship to agreed concept selection. Played key role in first EO FPSO development, drilled 6 complex "designer" wells. Delivered first operated HPHT, pipe in pipe subsea development. Successfully completed first operated horizontal and extended reach wells, 4-D seismic survey. Introduced 3-D geo-cellular modeling and geostatistics for reservoir description within EO. Geographic areas worked include the North Sea. |
Was responsible for EO operated deepwater development project, 2600 ft. water depth, 100 mmboe reserves. Built project team within six months containing some 15 professional staff members, progressed project to Partner Development Plan approval. |

As field manager, took immediate responsibility for two company operated Fields. Staff in the department total circa 20 comprised drilling, subsea project team, operations staff and the reservoir development group. Pierce Field FPSO subsea development / 8 wells 70 mbd plateau / circa 150 MMboe reserves Cook Field Subsea tieback project, 2 HPHT wells to Shell Operated FPSO Anasuria. |
As reservoir development team leader, was responsible for subsurface activity on operated FPSO Development. Successfully addressed significant technical challenges, including long horizontal production wells, up to 6500 ft MD reservoir intervals, in a complex structural setting. Included a hand’s on role, simulation model construction, designer well planning and 3-D geological model construction. |

Responsible for all exploration and development subsurface activity in the Nelson area. Acted as governmental liaison, development well planning and studies for an ongoing major operated 30 well development, 500 mmboe reserves. Played a key role in a number of studies including reservoir description, developed a 3-D Geostatistical field model, obtained partner approval for 4-D time-lapse seismic survey. UMC/OpCom representative for three non-operated fields and 12 exploration blocks, within the Nelson area. |
