Leased several thousand acres in highly competitive areas of east Texas (Shelby and Freestone Counties), successfully drilled three Middle James Lime horizontal wells, as well as over a hundred wells in the Anadarko Basin, Golden Trend, Delaware Basin, and the Arkoma Basin. Purchased extensive pipeline rights-of-way, and organized, developed, and staffed several land departments. Conducted due diligence on acquisitions and divestitures of producing properties ranging in value from $100 thousand to $500 million. Prepared all state filings for prorations, field rule applications, Rule 37, Rule 38, and forced pooling applications. |
