Operations, health, and safety manager with 28 years of onshore and offshore experience in production, process, well remediation, safety, environmental, regulatory, and human resources management. Skilled in profit and loss, budget development and management, proposing capital projects, and supervision of office staff. Proficient in human resources management, development and implementation of preventative maintenance policies and procedures, and the collection and reporting of all production and regulatory compliance information. A board-certified safety professional with extensive knowledge and relationships with the MMS, USCG, DOT, OSHA, TNRCC, and the TRRC. Experienced in auditing properties for acquisition and divestiture, with extensive process safety management exposure including compliance with OSHA’s 29 CFR 1910.119 Process Safety Management regulations, and MMS’s emphasis on API RP 75 Safety and Environmental Management Plans (SEMP). Geographic experience includes the onshore and offshore Louisiana and Texas Gulf coast, the Texas panhandle, Oklahoma, Kansas, and eastern New Mexico. Served as a contract operations manager for newly acquired properties in an offshore field. Increased production from less than 2,000 BOPD crude liquids and seven MMCFD to consistent production of 4,200 BOPD crude liquids and 15 MMCFD through process optimization and through tubing well remediation. Implemented capital improvements that included additional water process production equipment and 2,500 hp of reciprocating compression. Managed as many as 110 production facilities and over 400 employees at one time.

As general manager of contract operations, grew the business from 100 production operators offshore to over 400 operators offshore in one year. Improved profits by 170% in 12 months. Improved offshore safety and compliance processes resulting in two MMS SAFE Awards for the company.

Performed an acquisition review and acquired operatorship from a large petroleum company. Improved production from less than 400 BOPD of crude liquids and 1.5 MMCFD to more than 1,000 BOPD and four MMDFD through process improvements and through tubing well remediation.
