Experience:

Geoscientist with 24 years of domestic and international exploration and development experience. Experienced generating commercially drillable exploration and delineation prospects in a range of structural and depositional environments. Skilled in 2-D and 3-D interpretation on Landmark and Charisma workstations, successfully evaluating onshore and offshore projects. Extensively experienced working both independently and within multidisciplinary teams integrating engineering, geology, land, and geophysical data. Geographic areas worked include the Permian Basin, south Texas, the Texas Gulf coast, Mississippi, Alabama, Western and Central OCS, African rift basins, the Gulf of Suez, the Andaman Sea, the North Sea, and Turkey.

Evaluated open blocks for Western and Central OCS federal lease sales, mapping 2-D and 3-D seismic on a regional and prospect basis. Developed prospects on the shelf and deepwater. Presented evaluations to management and partners. Assisted company executives, presenting the entire deepwater inventory as a farmout package, successfully placing it with a major company.

Proposed, planned, and supervised 2-D and 3-D surveys and processing in Mississippi, Alabama, and the Permian Basin. Worked with the land department to exercise options. Evaluated prospects using Landmark and GeoGraphix workstations to quantify risk and rank potential. Worked with the engineering department to quantify and book reserves.

Performed regional evaluations using sparse seismic (paper sections) and limited geologic data to determine opportunities available in foreign concessions and government offerings. Presented recommendations to management and directors.

Performed field studies, development evaluations, acquisition analysis, and prospect screening for domestic and international projects. Created and presented farmout packages.
