Carried out applied carbonate research projects for the U.S. and international operational divisions. Specialized in carbonate petrology, using thin section analysis. Generated and drilled San Andres and Delaware Mountain Group prospects. Prospected the Ouachita Thrust Zone of the Marathon area, and recommended two areas to be drilled, resulting in two new field discoveries. Served as an in-house consultant on geochemical and other unconventional exploration techniques. |
