Geologist with 25 years of industry experience working for several major independent oil and gas companies and a major oilfield service company. Expert in Gulf Coast geology. Expert in analysis of producing trends of the Gulf of Mexico for lease sales, acquisitions, exploration and development, and regional analysis. Highly experienced in both technical and managerial levels of exploration and production. Highly skilled in development geology, geophysics, and well log analysis. Specific skills in 2-D and 3-D seismic interpretation of both clastic and carbonate environments. Geographic areas worked include offshore Gulf of Mexico, onshore Gulf Coast, east Texas Basin, northeast Louisiana, Michigan Basin, and Appalachian Basin. Expert computer skills in Microsoft Excel equations, Access, Geographix, Prizm, Terra Log, QLA2, and MathCad. Responsible for the geology, geophysics, and operations of the continuing development of the Eloi Bay/Half Moon Lake Field. Drilled 14 producing wells and recommended numerous recompletion opportunities. Mapped reservoirs for this stratigraphically-controlled fluvially-dominated deltaic oil field and applied seismic coherence technology to the exploration analysis of this play.

Worked two multivintaged 2-D seismic surveys on Landmark workstation, one 3-D survey on CGG/Petrosystems workstation, and three 3-D projects on the Landmark workstation. Mapped structure, top of porosity, net porosity, multiphase net pay, and net sand. Interpreted clastic and carbonate environments, sequence stratigraphy, and passive margin. Generated cross sections to include structural, stratigraphic, log layout, fence, and balanced seismic section. Wellsite geologist.
