Experience: Highly skilled development geologist with 21 years of experience, including five years with a major oil company and one year with a government agency. Experience includes wildcat and development prospect generation, farm-in and outside generated prospect review, property evaluation, geologic review for field studies, and wellsite geology including log-run supervision and lithology check from cuttings. Geographic areas of expertise include south Louisiana, Gulf of Mexico, Mississippi, Alabama, and Texas.

As an independent consultant to various clients, performed the detailed geology needed for comprehensive field studies. Evaluated and made recommendations to accept or decline exploration and development prospects. Evaluated royalty and working interest producing property purchases. Supervised many logging runs and completed lithologic descriptions on-site.

Generated prospects offshore Louisiana, and made recommendations on prospects submitted by others. Conducted formal and informal presentations to sell generated prospects to partners and to the industry in general.

Supervised five geologists who generated prospects in south Louisiana and state waters. Evaluated outside submittals. Monitored drilling of operated wells and well operations of outside operators. Evaluated farm-in requests, and developed assigned fields. Evaluated industry drilling and leasing activity. Worked on a geothermal project in south Texas and south Louisiana reviewing water analysis for a data bank and mapping reservoir temperatures and pressures.
