	Helped to improve and implement the company’s sand control program in Sarawak, Saba, and Brunei, and helped solve sand control problems in Bakersfield, California. Established and developed new sand control and stimulation technology in Venezuela and Latin America. Dictated seminars on sand control, stimulation, and tubing conveyed perforating completions (TCP) to become a leader in sand control technology.
