Chairman

Cheryl Collarini holds a BS in civil engineering from M.I.T. and an MBA from the University of New Orleans. She began her career as a civil engineer with Mobil Oil and advanced through positions as operations engineer, development projects engineer, and reservoir engineer, ending her 11-year career with Mobil as a reservoir engineering supervisor. In 1985, Cheryl resigned from Mobil to begin a consulting practice. Specializing in reserve appraisal for the purpose of transactions, borrowing, and investment decision-making, Collarini Engineering grew to its present size of about 20 employees with offices in Houston and New Orleans. In 1995, she founded Collarini Energy Staffing to provide technical staff to customers who need help managing their own projects. From its Houston head-quarters, Collarini Energy Staffing recruits and places EPC and oil and gas professionals, temporary and fulltime, in positions all over the world.

President

Volker Rathmann holds the position of President of Collarini Energy Staffing Inc. to which he brings 20 years of business and industry expertise. His experience has been focused in leadership roles for internationally oriented and growth-potential companies. Volker joined Collarini in 2001 as Vice President of Business Development with the objective of bringing the companies to their next level of excellence. Through a series of market-ing, sales, and business development campaigns, he leads a continually growing E&P staffing business in addition to managing the marketing of the collected expertise of the Collarini companies. Prior to joining Collarini, Volker held the position of Chief Financial Officer for INTEC Engineering, a provider of specialized engineering services in global frontier and deep-water projects. Before INTEC Engineering, Volker held a number of leading positions in operations, marketing, and finance within the DaimlerChrysler Corporation. During his tenure with DaimlerChrysler, he gained the experience and background of managing globally-oriented and growing firms. Volker earned a Bachelor's degree in business administration in Berlin, Germany.

Vice President
Placement Manager, Geosciences, Land, Legal, and Accounting

Carol Snodgrass holds the position of Vice President and joined Collarini Energy Staffing in March of 2006 to which she brings 30 years of business and industry expertise.  Prior to joining Collarini, Carol held a number of senior positions within the staffing and energy industry with firms such as AIM Management, Sequent Energy Management, Duke Energy Corporation and Inexco Oil & Gas.  Her varied background provides Carol with intensive and specialized knowledge in recruiting senior business, finance and technical positions for engineering and energy companies.  In addition to her staffing background, her broad experience in human resources includes accounting, training and development, employee relations, compensation, and facilities management.  In addition to her previous corporate career, Carol, as Vice President and Co-Owner, was instrumental in developing a successful courier service.  Carol received numerous recognitions and development awards in HR, Law and Recruiting.

Vice President
Placement Manager, E&P Subsurface and Operations

Lynn Williams holds the position of Vice President. She was instrumental in the growth and development of the company from 1997 to 2002, having served in various roles from business development to employee relations and achieved the position of Placement Manager before her departure. After spending five years in another business venture, she returned to the company in January 2007. Lynn’s leadership experience and business acumen were developed during 11 years in the United States Army, where she quickly rose through the ranks and worked with high-level civilian and military personnel in the intelligence community. She earned numerous awards and honors for leadership and developed many valuable and transferable skills that enable her to contribute to the success of Collarini Energy Staffing.

Placement Manager, Engineering and Construction

Oliver Rathmann holds the position of Placement Manager for engineering and construction. He received a BA in Finance and Computer Systems Management as well as an Executive MBA from Houston Baptist University. Oliver joined Collarini Energy Staffing in April 2011, bringing with him 30 years of experience in manufacturing, steel trading, pipeline infrastructure and other energy related industries. Prior to joining Collarini, Oliver held various senior positions within the energy, steel trading, and professional services industries. His various roles included Controller within MAN Ferrostaal, Detroit Diesel and DaimlerChrysler companies, as well as Financial Analyst for Krupp Steel and Tenneco. As Project Consultant for an international professional services provider, he gained broad based project controlling experiences, working on various domestic and international operational and financial reporting development projects, involving firms such as ExxonMobil, Chevron, Shell, ConocoPhillips, KBR, Price Gregory International, and Quanta Services. He started his career in Berlin, Germany within the civil engineering industry. Besides his corporate level, Oliver gained hands-on experience within the O&G industry working for Pileco Inc. as a service technician for pile driving equipment on various on and offshore projects.
