Director, Transition Guidance

Ronald A. Munier holds the position of Director, Transition Guidance and has over 15 years experience in the career transition industry, and most recently, was a Senior Career Management Consultant in the Houston, Texas office of Right Management Consultants, a global consultancy that specializes outplacement, career transition, and human resource consulting. There, he coached and counseled executives and other personnel at all levels on career transition. Prior to Right he held the positions of CEO of Worthington Corporation's Gamon-Calmet subsidiary, President of NL Industries, Inc.'s Production Equipment Group, Executive Vice President and Group President of GEO International, where he was also on the Board of Directors, and Vice President and General Manager of TRW's Mission Manufacturing subsidiary.

Mr. Munier's broad functional and industry experience gives him the ability to deal with problems unique to executives and professionals, regardless of their functional and industry background. Mr. Munier also has extensive experience in the areas of acquisitions, business start-ups, and general management consulting.

He has master's degrees in Finance and Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is Birkman Certified and is a member of Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honors Fraternity.

Mr. Munier has been a resident of Houston since 1973 and has an excellent reputation with Houston industries and executives.
