President

Mitch Reece joined Collarini Associates October 1, 2002, as Engineering Manager with responsibility for the Houston technical organization. Prior to joining Collarini, Mitch was an independent consultant for Ryder Scott Co., Collarini Engineering, and International Engineering Manager for Devon Energy. From 1982 to 2000, he held various domestic and inter-national engineering and operations positions for Santa Fe-Snyder Corporation and its predecessor, Santa Fe Energy Resources, Inc. Mitch has direct experience in production engineering, reservoir engineering, acquisitions and divestments, field operations, and management of all of those functions. He began his career with Tenneco Oil Company in Lafayette, Louisiana after graduating from Texas A&M in 1979 with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering. Mitch is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas and a member of the Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers (SPEE), Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and American Petroleum Institute ( API ).

Engineering Manager

Luann D. Pratka, Engineering Manager, has over 25 years of experience in reserve evaluation, reservoir simulation, and the related disciplines of economics and planning. She started with Collarini Associates in 1993 and has set the company standard with her outstanding data organization and problem solving abilities, methodically and efficiently progressing toward a solid engineering result. Luann has performed integrated field studies, divestiture and acquisition analysis, reserve reports, and reservoir management studies for major oil companies and independents. She has experience in both onshore and offshore areas. Luann's degree is from Vanderbilt, and she previously worked for Exxon, Superior, and Mobil.

Vice President

Stephen P. Stagoski, Geologic Manager, has over 20 years of industry successes with Texaco. He has worked independently and as a member of numerous multidisciplinary teams on exploration, development and acquisition projects in both the domestic and international areas. Stephen has integrated geology data, 2-D and 3-D interpretations, engineering data, risks and economic assessments into a multitude of investment opportunities. He earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Geology from the University of Memphis.
